How long does it take to ship my order?

Once your order is placed, I typically process and prepare it for shipping within 3–5 business days . Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• Within the Netherlands : 1–3 business days
• Within Europe : 3–7 business days
• International : 7–14 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. During checkout, you’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. 

Do you offer international shipping?
We do ship to multiple countries but not to all. Please check at the checkout if your country is listed.
Please also note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the artwork is in its original condition and packaging. Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed upon. For more details, please review our Refund & Return Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can process the cancellation and issue a refund. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it according to our return policy.

Do you have a physical gallery or studio?

Yes! My studio is located in Maastricht, Netherlands. If you’d like to visit and view artworks in person, please schedule an appointment by contacting me via the contact form on my website.

What happens if your book is out of stock?

If the book is listed as “out of stock,” it will be available again in a few weeks. Please contact me via the contact form to inquire about availability or alternative options.
