A Life Without Form consists of a series of 36 display cases in various sizes. Each case contains, on one side, a casting from the inside of a shell, representing the living force that once fueled its embodiment. Opposite this, the corresponding seashell is presented, ground down into powder.

The work serves as a reminder of nature’s transformative processes—specifically, the conversion into lime—and questions our subjective desire to preserve certain elements while dismissing others. This new collection makes a bold statement by reshaping traditional seashell collections and seeking to guide both natural objects and human consciousness back to the transformative aspects and acceptance of natural cycles: time, decay, and the perpetual reshaping of the world around us. At the same time, it honors the vital life force and unseen creator that once resided within and behind the physical form.
